Gorgeous ambience and decor and incredible staff. The service was flawless, the staff were very attentive and the decor and vistas fabulous. However the food was a let down, mediocre and not up to par with everything else.

We’ve had dinner and lunch at the Amangani several times this season. The food is excellent as well as the ambience. Live music (solo acoustic guitar/vocalist) rounded off a perfect evening. The wine list is extensive but tres Cher, our only issue with the grill. Great place otherwise.

My favorite place- the sunset view heaven on earth -the service on point - the fondue was spectacular- the cocktails were perfection.

Overall, not worth the price. The food was good, but the food but the service was very casual for the price point. The room was cold and ambiance underwhelming

Underwhelming. Got seated 15 minutes past our reservation time. 15 minutes to get someone to get drink order. 35 minutes to get appetizers and another 30 for entrees. Extremely slow service. Food was ok. Nothing extraordinary. Would not return.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food for what should’ve been a five star dining experience. The prices were very expensive and the food was not very tasty. The service was excellent and it is a beautiful restaurant in a spectacular location, but they need up their food game. This is the third time I’ve visited this location and not sure I will be back.

Great restaurant with excellent ambience but it lacked a bit of “wow” for what I expected at an Aman property. All the plates were excellent except the ravioli where the lobster was tough and overcooked. Service was amazing.

We were the first to arrive for dinner and the hostess proceeded to seat us at the worst table in the restaurant. We didn't complain. We knew the “better” tables are reserved for hotel guests, based on past experiences. We were also the very first to put in a drink order—by perhaps 15 minutes—along with fondue and a salad. A server came to our table after maybe 15 minutes and she didn’t seem to understand we had already placed an order. Her excuse was, “I just got off my break.” After 35 minutes, and no drinks and no fondue/salad we finally asked for the manager. Now mind you, we had asked several times in the interim. And worse—we had seen numerous orders of fondue flying out the kitchen, along with drinks. The manager didn’t have much of an excuse---she just smiled a lot. She kept asking what she could do to make it better and we said “just bring us our food.” We finally received the fondue 45 minutes after ordering. The table was extremely dark. We didn’t complain, except at one point my dining partner noticed a table lamp behind him and put it on our table. A manager literally grabbed it out of his hand. I asked if they could turn up the lights at our table so it’s like the others. He responded, “we don’t want you to see your food.” If he meant it in jest—it didn’t come off that way. I ordered the beef bourguignonne which was good. My dining partner had the salmon, which looked pretty sad on the plate—It wasn’t great and the recommended sauce was blasé. And a pretty poor that the carrots were the outstanding part of the meal. After the table lamp incident my dining partner literally did not feel safe-he thought we had somehow been marked by staff. So we skipped dessert. If Amangani cannot handle a full dining room then they should limit service to hotel guests. We overheard another couple complaining to the hostess as we left and a couple in the lobby told us how horrible their experience was. Get your act together Amangani.

Epically bad service. Long waits at the table for menus, drinks and service. Entrees were dropped off when we were still eating starters. Lots of guests were upset with the service, but no apologies and a 22% service charge added. Beautiful restaurant but a very expensive and frustrating experience. Embarrassingly bad.

The scenery is lovely, and the staff is friendly; however, everything is ridiculously overpriced. For example, a poke bowl was $58, and basic cocktails were over $20. I was there for lunch for two and spent over $300 with the tip. The food itself was good but not great. The truffle fries were crisp and well-seasoned but not memorable. The salad was the same---okay but not wow. And to add salmon to the salad was another $22. For the prices, I expected food to knock my socks off.

We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening with our son and his wife. We all believe it may have been one of our best dining experiences ever. The staff was personable and courteous. From the watermelon gazpacho and elk t-bone to the huckleberry ice cream and baked Alaska the food was incredible. And our sommelier made sure we had an excellent wine to complement our dinner. We won’t forget.

Creativity with food was extraordinary. Dishes were so unique. Truly one of a kind. The buffalo mozzarella with caviar and huckleberry sauce perfect balance of sweet and savory, creamy and crunchy. Mushroom and cauliflower appetizers also incredibly creative and delish! We tried two fish and one elk. All with excellent preparation and well balanced accompaniments. One of the best meals we had in JH all week!

We ate out on the patio and it was so beautiful. The food was all delicious and the weather was perfect. We even saw a moose in the pond right by the pool! Perfect last day of our trip!

Very hiy peoplerices would only be warranted for consistently great food and impeccable service--which is NOT the case here. Service was sweet and polite but spotty-- no side plates for side dishes, missing utensils after clearing first course. Food was similarly spotty. Thai curry was tasty. Chicken was overcooked and under- flavored though mashed potatoes were tasty. Corn side dish totally masked any corn flavor with a gooey sauce.

Didn’t seem on the ball. Out of both the fish and the wine ordered. Told clearly that the kitchen could butcher some recently delivered fish but it would be a burden. Not really attentive service. We went last year and it was very good. This year just average.

I have only eaten at the Amangani restaurant a handful of times in twenty years, but each time was a memorable experience that I happily recounted with friends afterwards saying, "we should do this more often)! So lovely for breakfast, lunch, OR dinner...

Beautiful location and view. Had a reservation and arrived on time. Was asked if we wanted to eat outside or inside, chose inside and they said to give them a moment to clear and set the table. Walked around for a couple of minutes and returned to find they gave the table (with the view) to another couple. They looked confused when we asked about the table and then made us wait 5 minutes for another table with no view... they seemed confused in general. Food was nicely made and presented and waitress was very good. Nice meal but a bit overpriced, however, that was expected as it is an Amman hotel...

This place is a must go, first & foremost for the amazing views of the Tetons & surrounding areas. The hotel is super chic too, lending more to the ambience- v well appointed & decorated to fit the theme of Jackson Hole. The food was great, and I loved that they had fresh pressed juices & smoothies as offerings on the breakfast menu. (We went for breakfast) - super attentive staff. The green matcha latte was divine. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽- it is expensive- $200 for 4 ppl, but worth every penny.
