I don't due many reviews, but I have to do a quick one on this restaurant. My wife and I were visiting Cincinnati from Phoenix and was recommended this restaurant. The food was outstanding, and our servicer Sully was even better. The whole staff made our evening special. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!!

Everything we ate was delicious and the service was top notch as well. Our servers food knowledge, timing, and etiquette were very impressive. We stopped in from Columbus after experiencing Alfio’s for the first time at Taste of Cincinnati, a couple years ago. Kudos to the staff for the vibe and service execution at your restaurant. We had the Empanadas, Veil & Seafood Raviolis, and Tiramisu, which were all incredible. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

This was our first time and we will totally be back! The food was 10/10 but honestly our service was an 11/10!!! You can tell this place treats their employees well just by how they rave about the environment at their place of work. We had Sully and he was seriously the icing on the cake for us. He made amazing recommendations and provided us with the best experience. We cannot wait to come back! Loved finding this gem!

From start to finish it was outstanding. Cam was our server and he took fantastic care of us. We enjoyed the tasting menu and they even made sure to offer additional options due to a food allergy. The food was awesome and honestly we couldn't pick which course was our favorite because they all offered something unique and delicious. The fried goat cheese pucks in the salad... We will definitely be back.

Nicole is an excellent server! We really enjoyed our dinner last night. The empanadas are out of this world good! My friend loved her beet/watermelon salad. I do think the prices are a little high for drinks, but I definitely want to return.

Food was amazing and the service was incredible! The ambiance was intimate, but not overly formal. Our server, Allison. was extremely knowledgeable and ready with suggestions from wine to appetizers to entrees. We will put Alfio’s into our regular rotation for an upscale dining experience!

My lady and I chose Alfio's to celebrate our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their service was excellent and their hospitality was friendly. The food (appetizer, meal and dessert) was delicious! My and lady and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

We have dined here before and have never been disappointed. Service is always excellent, just the right amount of attention. We have our favorite items, like the skirt steak with chimichurri sauce, the ravioli duo and the empanada quatro, but we tried some new things and were glad we did. Its all excellent. Want a nice night out for a romantic dinner or special occasion? Alfio's is it.

Saturday evening 5:00pm reservation and the place was already quite full. Upon arrival, we were met and greeted promptly and in a very friendly manner. Lenoir, our server was fabulous and knew the menu (ingredients/preparation) like a pro! The Empanadas Cuartro for starters were delicious and served promptly. Our entrees were the Smoked Bolognese Rigatoni and the Pistachio Salmon. Both were prepared perfectly, arrived hot and promptly after our appetizers. Lenoir checked in with us numerous times and was sincerely interested in making our dining experience special. We were also visited (food/drink delivery and to clear the table) by a few other staff members who were all very friendly. Dessert consisted of the Cheesecake Gelato and a decaf Espresso. The restrooms were clean and well kept.

Our experience was "weird". Our server was obviously new and did not explain the menu and special dishes as we heard from servers at other tables. We ordered duck and it was prepared satisfactorily. We were told that they only served decaf coffee after 7:30pm (?).
