Food was very good as was the service. Mildly pricey to its comps. Some soft surfaces would help in noise absorbsion as it was 'lively' that you had to strain to hear a conv at your own table. We will definately be back.

The food was amazing! We had ribeye, tuna, prawns and beef wellington. All food is amazing! The service by Chris our service was impeccable!!! Chris is the best server I ever had at a restaurant. Can’t wait to go back next time I am in Dallas!!!

Come here every time I’m in Dallas. Had a great dinner with my daughter. The inside can get loud but the outdoor patio is lovely . We had the chicken piccata and sea bass and loved our dishes. Service was great

The Seafood platter for 2 with calamari, mini crabcakes, and large shrimp, was attractively presented and a nice start to the evening. The Osso Buco is not made in the traditional “al la Milanesa” style, but nonetheless delicious in its rich sauce and tender meat. Rather than Saffron Risotto, it is paired with a lovely Mushroom Risotto. The Filet Mignon is always a a winner, but for me, particularly great when paired with a tangy green peppercorn sauce (request it). And as for the desserts; there is no doubt why the coconut cream pie is a signature tradition. The flourless chocolate cake, is a chocoholic’s dream!Our thanks to our excellent waiter, Napoleon, and the attentive staff who made our evening even more enjoyable, from start to finish.

A must for anyone's dinning out list. Great place for a girls night out, anniversary date, family friendly, etc. Fantastic staff, everyone works together and are very kind. Food was amazing! I do private duty senior care and took an 83 year old with dementia to celebrate her late husband and her, what would have been 62nd, wedding anniversary. When we got our bill, they said it was covered by the restaurant. I did everything I could not to lose it. I was blown away at their kindness and generosity. I will definitely be back and be recommending this place to anyone I know.

I was at Al Biernat’s with a large group and had an excellent dining experience. Our server Christopher was amazing and the food was delicious! It was my first time at Al Biernat’s, but it definitely won’t be my last!

I made reservations online and walked in to a very crowded disorganized place as it was hard to find the host desk. We checked in and was asked to wait because the table wasn’t ready yet. After waiting 20mins we asked the host how much longer due to them closing in a hour and she said we’ll receive a text when ready in a rude manner. After about 15 more minutes me and my spouse left due to poor service and I’ve never even received a text nor an email notification from the restaurant regarding my table being ready and we specifically came here for our anniversary. NEVER will I come back! I highly don’t recommend to anyone

Our waiter (sorry, don’t remember his name) was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had. The food was fantastic. We had the waygu NY Strip, medium rare, with black truffle butter and a loaded baked potato, the Chilean Seabass with lobster risotto. All of which came out in a timely manner and cooked to perfection.

If you feel like having a couple of cuts in one dish, go for the porterhouse, great for sharing.

We had the fillet and Cowboy ribeye both fantastic. Grilled to perfection very flavorful. Server was attentive and responsive. Definitely will return!

Absolutely wonderful lunch with my son. Jordan was exceptional, his service and manner are impeccable. The food, as always, was delicious. We enjoyed the French Dip w/ Caesar salad. Wonderful!

Great menu but I'm a creature of habit. Usually rotate between The Arnold and the Herb Roasted Chicken. Add a glass of wine, and you're in Heaven.

Our food came out within 10 mins of placing our order.. said it was how quick it happens on Saturdays the kitchen is ready to go. This wasn’t our first time here on a Saturday and this was never the case any other time. We also noticed everyone else around us were not rushed like we were so not sure why this happened to just us.

My son and I celebrated both our birthdays together. Joe, our absolutely incredible waiter, made us both feel very special and his service is impeccable!! Absolutely had an amazing time!!

Everything was very good. A little disappointed with the prime rib. Not sure what end that cut came from but it was not a typical looking prime rib. It was later in the evening so I'm sure they were running low and just served what they had.

it was a night, again for lobster. i requested on open table for inside seating. it was handled. but the outdoor dining was PACKED a great night for al fresco. we got checked in and went to the dining room. the waiter was great. we ordered a 3.5# lobster. That was more than enough. so tender and good. steamed spinach and caesar salad. the manhattan was perfect and check out perfect. car was waiting, too. als at 7p on a friday is packed. a holiday spirit in a non holiday weekend. als makes every visit a great moment and calls you to return with great food service, atmosphere and people.

While our waiter was not particularly attentive, the low stars go to the front of the house for this review. Restaurant was quite open and the gentleman up front took a look and said table 16. After the kitchen door hit the back of the booth every 30sec it killed the experience

It was 7:00 and service was a little slow. But very nice staff and delicious food. It was really loud in there until about 9:00 and had difficulty hearing conversation across the table until then.

Lobster tail was sweet and moist and chicken piccata excellent. Loved the chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream.

It was a nice steakhouse. The food was good I thought it would be a bit better for the price. Steak was supposed to be MEDIUM but looked & tasted Medium Well. But the service was exceptional
