Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. We had the ceviche app, and the arctic char & duck confit entrees. Everything was prepared perfectly. The service was especially terrific. Ask to sit at Megan W’s table; she was very personable and gave great suggestions.

warmly welcome by the sous chef and treated to a complimentary appetizer. Olivia M provided exceptional service with a cheerful and pleasant demeanor. Outstanding food and cocktails. The restaurant has bright and relaxed design. Highly recommend.

I was excited to bring my parents here after a previous visit. That was all five stars, but today was different. It started with the hostess who got so upset and would not even look me in the face when I very politely asked if my elderly father could sit upstairs to avoid going up and down steps. Uncalled for attitude. Our waiter was terrific, and the interactions with all the other employees was good. I have nothing bad to say about the food, except that things looked very picked over at 1:30 (they close at 2:00). There was food everywhere on the surface in front of the chafing dishes. It’s almost like the patrons took globs of the food and flicked it across the table. Salad all over the place. Pieces of salmon. It really looked awful. We realized at the end of the meal that probably the reason they didn’t want to seat us upstairs is that at the end of the shift, the food is moved to a large table and is served to all the staff. I love the idea of family dinner for staff. But people were coming by and grabbing fistfuls of food with their hands and stuffing bacon and muffins in their mouth during their shift. Bad look. Grab a plate! I wouldn’t deny anyone some delicious food after a long shift.
