A classic old fashioned steak house. Delicious cuts of meat cooked to perfection. No corkage fee which is always a plus. Attentive staff. Higher end pricing equivalent to other similar establishments. Went for a family birthday celebration and even got a free desert😎

Best meal and dining in Long Beach yet. Aged rib eye was one, if not the best steak , I have ever had. Wife had the Sea Bass and again the best she ever had. Dessert was the Butter Cake served warm with ice cream. Service was excellent, by Ray and very “personalized”.

We had a late reservation Sunday 10 pm, my GF noticed when we were being seated an employee looking at his watch with a questioning look. I know it's late and end of shift, but dont offer the reservation if it's an issue. My steak wasn't up to par of steaks I've had here before, like it was charred on outside but still very rare inside. The bartenders behavior was the main issue for me, he was very loud, i kept looking up as he loudly engaged wuth other staff, drawing attention to himself and very noticeable, the staff is supposed to blend in, not be the focal part of the evenimg, had to ask for my coffee service again, they did comp it at least. the experience had a rushed feel to it, plate for my lobster tail remnants was removed before i could utilize it, they never asked if we wanted another drink or anything else, the lighting was turned up before we were done with our meal. not my best evening at 555, may just drive further to Mastros next time

Tried to make this a tradition with the wife for Mother's Day; last year 555 handed out a memento of the occasion (bottle stopper). Went back this year, to be told that they stopped doing that service. So, I guess no need to make it a tradition.

As always, great food and service. The server, Paul, was the same server from last Thanksgiving day. This is our go-to spot. Thank you!

For Mothers Day, it was very good! Our server Lisa was amazing..will definitely ask for her next time. The food was great and sent out in a non-rushed timely order.

We had the calamari and the goat cheese appetizers. The goat cheese was fantastic, but the calamari was quite tough and chewy. Good flavor though. Then we had the filet medallions and a 60-day aged bone in New York steak for entrees. Both were delicious, but the medallions were a bit overcooked. Cocktails were great and the butter cake we had for dessert was perfect. Our server was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back.

This is my son‘s second time taking me here for Mother’s Day and we had an amazing experience. The waiter Paul was absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer service. The food was amazing. The staff was extremely polite and I had an amazing Mother’s Day. I would definitely recommend.
