360 was a fine dining experience. It is a beautiful restaurant! The Bartender Sara, was awesome; we had an incredible waitress Megan was just incredible with her service and kindness. The chefs prepared an exquisite meal! The view, breathtaking!

My one and only complaint is with Open Table. I paid $10/person for premiere view seating at time of making reservation with Open Table. At 5:15 the shades are automatically covering the windows due to sun. I don’t feel I should have been charged for a reservation at that time of day. Disappointed in Open Table.

The dinner and service was excellent. The steak was cooked well and whole meal was super. The only bummer was not having creme brulee. It was Mother's Day and they don't have the items for your main dessert!? My wife loves the creme brulee.

Had too wait for our table past our reservation, was told our table was being set up yet they didn’t have enough chairs set for our party. Wasn’t very busy and our server wasn’t very tentative.

Impeccable service with a great view! To stay among the top tier they should pay attention to food preparation. The menu is broad without being overwhelming and some dishes are outstanding. Do everything you do at the highest level and discontinue offerings that are only so so.

I enjoy everything about this restaurant. Whenever I need to be in Council Bluffs, I will be visiting 360 Steakhouse.

We were reluctant to visit after reading recent reviews of steaks not being good. We decided to try it, and 3 out of 3 that ordered steaks had perfectly done, and tasting, steaks. We are so glad that one of our favorites can still be one of our favorites!

I always get whatever is on special, usually it is a steak with something, but this was a poor cut of steak and not cooked very well, the side was terrible. It was cold and seemed like it was prepared much earlier in the day and not fresh.

Swordfish was bland - dry - tasteless. We had to wait 15 minutes for check. It was a bad night and never experienced this bad of food and service!

I usually have a great meal here! The past few times… Not so much. Thank God the service is awesome! Lately the food has just been subpar to poor. Whoever is grilling the steaks has no clue how to take a temperature. It’s random roulette spin as to how your meat will be cooked. No matter how you order it. These cuts of meat are not cheap yet they’re cooked with the least amount of care.

The steak was cooked to perfection, but very salty. Disappointed there was no Gluten Free menu. Feels “safer” when there is a separate menu or things are marked GF on the menu.

As always, it’s a wonderful experience here. It was a quiet Thursday night for my husband and I monthly date night. The food is always stellar and the staff is always friendly.

The bartender after dinner was awesome! The food was disappointing , the resort was mushy like mash potatoes, the lobster Mac , was just Mac.. no lobster The filet was cooked perfectly . The overall experience with hotel was disappointing unfortunately won’t return

Amazing view huge windows on both sides!!!! Food was excellent along with our service! Very nice bar and look out to the river. I would for sure go back again. We just went for dinner and everyone's food came out perfect!!

Great view of Omaha skyline. Great service and food. We had a wedge salad, shrimp scampi appetizer and filet and lobster(surf and turf) w/side a asparagus. No room for dessert! Excellent evening!! My wife’s favorite place.

This place is great. Food is always excellent. They ran out of baked potatoes this time. A little disappointed. Still excellent waitstaff. Would highly recommend.

Service was wonderful as usual. Food seems to be getting worse over the last year. Examples: crab cakes are mainly bread or stuffing with little to no crab in them. Use to have great rolls but now have average rolls. Steak was cooked correctly this time but last visit medium rare ordered and got medium well. Value of food seems to be getting a bit over priced. Ambiance is still great. Don’t mind paying for a good meal but value is getting a bit steep for what you get.

It was one of the worst meals I have eaten in quite some time. I ordered the Steak and Cakes. The filet, ordered medium rare, was fatty and tough. The crab cakes were very fishy tasting. My guest ordered a ribeye medium. It came more rare than my filet was. The service was terrible as well. We waited way too long and we were never asked about how our meal was. Extremely disappointing!!!

We were given a gift card we decided to use for a date on Valentine’s Day. I made the reservation about a month in advanced and we were still seated facing the parking lot. No huge deal but kind of disappointing. The service was just not great. We were told upon arrival to keep it to an hour and a half as they were busy. Ok I get it I worked in a restaurant and I’m not the type to linger. We were ready to eat and already knew what we were ordering. It took about 25 minutes to put in an appetizer and when I asked about bread the server told me I would get it with my meal. Ok . It took a total of 45 or more minutes for our appetizer (which was phenonal spinach dip ) to hit the table. And our salads took about 20 minutes longer and came out with our dinner. My wedge salad was incredible and I’d come back alone for that. Moon I believe is a server assistant or something but if it wasn’t for her I’m sure we would have gotten up and left before we got any food at all. I don’t wanna get the server in trouble but for the price of the place I really expected more and was disappointed. We did get four extra crab cakes on accident so I guess that was nice. So thank you moon. I am hesitant to return however. The price point is a lot for such terrible service.

Great food, didn’t realize they switch out steak sauces so the one I desired was discontinued asked for a sauce but it was an unknown upcharge, that was the only down for me. Great service, quiet, nice scenery.

The environment is lovely & the views are spectacular. The food is plentiful (large portions). I'll just have to ask for more seasonings next time. I found the seasoning to be very mild. I also have to ask for med- well rather than a medium steak. My steak came more med- rare rather than med. I had to bring it home & cook it a little more. The carrot cake was DELICIOUS and the drinks are STRONG❣️

Food was great, server was great. All ruined by the hostess talking bad about us when we arrived. We had a 7:30 reservation, and politely showed up 10 minutes early, and let the hostess know what time our reservation was for. Not expecting to be sat right away she told us it would be a couple minutes. As we sat in the waiting area we could then hear her tell the male hostess that “our table was ready but she would not be seating us until 7:30 because people like us need to learn that you can’t show up early and expect to be seated.” Then 5 other couples showed up in the next 5 minutes also for 7:30 reservations and she was rude to each couple telling them they would have to wait till 7:30 to be seated. I did not have a problem waiting until our reservation time but talking bad about customers when they can hear you is a terrible way to start a meal, especially when the prices are what they are for the food. $160 later and some great food I still have an overall bad taste in my mouth for our experience at the restaurant.
